act BSWW is providing legal consulting services to an Immobel Group company (acting as the lessor) in regard to lease agreement negotiations with retail space tenants.
Warsaw-based lawyers are supporting the client during the leasing process, i.e. in negotiations of lease agreements’ provisions with tenants of retail space. The team is made up of Marta Kosiedowska, partner and legal counsel, and Katarzyna Okonek, trainee attorney-at-law.
“Centralny Dom Towarowy (CEDET) is a historic building and an important venue in Warsaw. It is vital for us to be able to cooperate with Immobel as part of yet another prestigious project, following Okrąglak and Kwadraciak office developments in Poznań,” says Marta Kosiedowska.
CEDET is a unique restoration and extension project of the historic building at Krucza 50, the modernist pearl of the Polish post-war architecture. Combining retail functions with top-notch office areas, CEDET will be made of two parts, a meticulously restored former department store and an entirely new building at the junction of Bracka and Krucza streets.
