We especially have a vast experience in cooperation with specialized corporate bonds private funds, in particular within tailor-made, bilateral projects in which financing is given by a chosen fund. Such projects charaterize in complicated financing and collaterals structures, flexible approach to the financing terms and conditions and demanding timeframes of the projects. A team of 15 qualified and dedicated lawyers in the department, supported by other departments, enable us to meet the requirements of the financial institutions, including rapid reaction time and high capacity to handle numerous projects at a time.
