She specializes in a range of real estate issues, focusing primarily on lease agreements and asset management matters of office, retail and industrial properties.
Alicja represents lessors and tenants, providing comprehensive advisory services that cover execution, performance and subsequent renegotiation of lease agreements. She works on HQ leases, single-tenant buildings and new construction leasing. She also consults on other agreements related to investment processes, including design, technical support and construction works agreements.
She supports Polish and foreign developers, property owners and investment funds operating across the country as well as tenants – especially large, international corporations. As an advisor of Buma Group, she participated in the leasing processes of numerous office developments in Cracow, such as Dot Office, Quattro Business Park, Aleja Pokoju 5 and Green Office. She also provided ongoing legal support to a Portuguese developer, Porto Office, and a Spanish investment fund, Azora Europa, with respect to their operations, revolving predominantly around leasing agreements and construction issues. Currently she works with AFI Europe Poland, Buma Group, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Globalworth, Inter-Bud Group and Reino Partners.
She advised on some of the largest leases on the Polish market in recent years.
She has also taken part in transactions involving the conveyance of real properties. She boasts vast experience in providing day-to-day support for businesses and developers, mostly those operating in the construction and real estate sectors.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She was also studying at the University of Bari Aldo Moro (Bari, Italy).
