Ewa Malinowska
Trainee Attorney-at-law / Associate
Ewa specialises in real estate law, in particular real estate due diligence and civil law.
She has several years of experience in providing services to businesses in the real estate sector. She has participated in a number of projects related to due diligence, real estate acquisition and alienation, as well as auditing and negotiating leases, including for the PRS entities. She has developed her professional practice in Polish and international law firms.
The scope of her professional interests includes administrative proceedings and the construction process. Privately, she is interested in architecture and urban planning.
She is fluent in English and communicates also in French.
A graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, she also completed the British Law School at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in legal and economic foundations of the investment process at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in agriculture for non-agricultural university graduates at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She is currently a trainee attorney at the OIRP (Bar Association) in Warsaw.
