Janusz specializes in capital markets, corporate and copyright matters with a particular focus on IT and TMT market.
He advises on M&A deals and IPO processes. Moreover, he specializes in disclosure policies by public companies.
Janusz also advises companies from IT sector (i.e. game developers and software integrators) on issues relating to financing, copyrights, as well as IT implementation agreements and license agreements.
His expertise also covers contracts for the purchase and implementation of a central transaction system for a bank affiliating a range of cooperative banks. Janusz has taken part in negotiations related to the implementation of the electronic supervision system in Poland for the Ministry of Justice. He also supervised the purchase of the enterprise of an investment fund company by another investment fund company and the takeover of fund management operations.

He speaks fluent English.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the European School of Law and Administration, majoring in European and international law. He also took a two-year course in British and European law organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the University of Cambridge.
