Karolina Rusak

Karolina focuses her practice on commercial law, especially mergers, acquisitions, transformations and restructuring processes.

She has extensive experience in providing day-to-day corporate services to companies, as well as in drafting and negotiating a vast range of contracts. She represents clients in court proceedings, especially in civil, commercial and corporate disputes.

Prior to joining act BSWW, she worked at a number of renowned law/tax firms in Warsaw.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Member of the Mazovian Branch of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors.
