Katarzyna focuses her practice on real estate and construction law, advising clients on all types of real estate projects, with a strong focus on large commercial and office developments. She consults on construction projects and ongoing issues related to asset management. On top of that, she negotiates lease agreements for office and retail facilities.
Katarzyna has conducted numerous due diligence audits of real properties, including those intended for construction of large retail and office buildings, as well as corporate due diligence audits of companies operating in the real estate sector.
She has advised Polimex-Mostostal and Strabag Group on matters related to the performance of FIDIC-based construction works agreements and design agreements. She provides ongoing legal services to Globalworth Group and YIT Development as regards cooperation with contractors, designers, supervision inspectors and architecture/construction authorities.
She speaks fluent English.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She also completed training courses in European funds: “European Funds for Small Companies” and “European Funds Management Academy” (“European Project Management” module).
