Marek focuses his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
He provides ongoing legal support to a range of businesses, mostly construction and investment companies.
Adept at solving commercial disputes at both the pre-trial and actual litigation stage. He represents clients in construction disputes related to residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
He has successfully conducted a range of restructuring projects, from the selection of the best-suited type of restructuring proceedings, to negotiations and composition with creditors. He has participated in Italian restructuring proceedings, one of the largest held in Europe in recent years.
Marek also represents board members in proceedings related to timely submission of bankruptcy petitions.
