Marta specializes in real estate law, with a strong focus on lease of commercial premises.
She advises on day-to-day issues related to the management of the clients’ real estate portfolios, in particular on execution, performance and subsequent renegotiation of lease agreements. She also advises on a broad array of issues related to infrastructure agreements.
A trusted advisor on financial transactions, she has consulted on real estate investment financing for major commercial and development/investment projects, including the financing one of the biggest projects the Polish fuel industry has seen over the past few years.
Her experience also includes retail lending, contract law and employment law – prior to joining act legal Poland, she worked as an in-house lawyer at the Polish branch of an international credit institution.
Marta speaks fluent English.
