Mikołaj Kowalczyk

Mikołaj advises on corporate law and M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, supporting clients at every stage of the transaction – from signing a letter of intent to closing a deal. He offers his legal advice to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs on their day-to-day operations. He has extensive experience in providing services to entities operating on the new technology market.

Mikołaj has advised investment funds and individual entrepreneurs on fund raising, helping them structure transactions and prepare and negotiate transaction documentation. He supported clients during reorganisation projects and designed and implemented incentive schemes.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed his attorney training at the Warsaw Bar Association.

He is currently preparing for his bar examination.
