Piotr has extensive experience in advising management boards and company owners on ongoing matters related to business operations, in particular, in investment, production, retail sectors and energy sector.
He also protects his clients’ interests in commercial and corporate disputes and represents clients in pre-trial negotiations as well as proceedings before common and arbitration courts. The scope of his professional interests also includes economic criminal law.
He advises clients on complex aspects of employment law.
He has been recommended by The Legal 500 EMEA 2024 in White-collar Crime and Dispute Resolution. The white-collar crime practice, co-headed by Piotr, is considered by The Legal 500 EMEA to be among the elite of Polish law firms specialized in that area.
Piotr speaks fluent English.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. He also studied law at International University Audentes in Tallinn. Additionally, he completed post-graduate studies in psychology in judicial decision-making at SWPS University in Warsaw, and attended a post-graduate course in intellectual property rights at the Grocjusz Intellectual Property Rights Center in Warsaw.
