Sebastian has over 16 years of experience in capital markets, M&A and private equity projects, including cross-border transactions and ones involving complex financing.
Sebastian has advised on, structured and conducted dozens of projects involving private and public placements, as well as bonds listed on the Catalyst market. He assists funds, brokerage houses and bond issuers. So far, Sebastian has coordinated approx. 130 bond issue projects.
Throughout his career he has also gained comprehensive knowledge about out-of-court bond restructuring solutions.
Sebastian advised on one of the largest corporate bond projects in 2020, i.e. the structuring of a PLN 2.5 billion bond issue program for the extension of the Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Plant in Warsaw.
He was recommended by the Legal 500 EMEA 2024 in the capital markets category.
Sebastian speaks fluent English and French.
