In November 2023. Archicom S.A. acquired a plot of land located on Reymonta Street. Recently, the developer has finalised another transaction for the purchase of adjacent land.
The transaction was led by Mateusz Prokopiuk/Partner, Attorney-at-law from the Real Estate team. The project included also:
together with their subordinate teams. The project was supervised by Michał Wielhorski/ Managing Partner, Attorney-at-law.
The land acquired will be used for the development of residential projects with a residential area exceeding 40,000 sqm, i.e. more than 800 flats.
This is the next step of Archicom S.A. in the implementation of its expansion strategy in the largest Polish cities, as well as an element of its mission of being an urban planner, engineer and visionary, which has been carried out by the Company for 37 years.
