Sign upPiotr specializes in commercial law, with a strong focus on assistance in corporate issues for public companies. He also has extensive litigation background within the areas of civil law, administrative law and criminal law. He has advised on numerous public and private share issues, incl. those of COMP S.A. and Bank BPS S.A. Piotr has piloted M&A transactions for listed companies (incl. Novitus S.A., ZUK S.A. and Elzab S.A.), participated in the establishment of brokerage houses and investment funds (incl. TMS S.A., Analizy Online Asset Management S.A., IFM S.A. and Opera TFI S.A.), as well as provided assistance with respect to their daily operations.

Luca specialises in corporate and commercial law and mainly assists Italian corporate clients and foreign investment funds in Italy in relation to Merger & Acquisition, Joint-Venture, and cross-border transactions. He normally assists the client from the outset of a transaction from initial stage negotiations throughout and until closing and post-closing management, covering Anti-Trust, Corporate Governance, Banking, Corporate/Structured Finance and Regulatory Compliance matters.
His dedication towards this area made him move forward in leaps and bounds, becoming one of the very few rising stars in the legal sector dedicated to deal structuring between start-ups and VCs/angel investors. For start-ups, Andrei assists from pre-seed to growth in all legal issues pertaining to their activity, from the formation process to rising capital from VC funds and angel investors, with a special focus on equity crowdfunding matters. As regards VCs, he advises on fund formation and investment transactions. Moreover, he constantly assists venture-backed technology companies in matters related to corporate law, data privacy, fintech/crypto, compliance & regulatory and Intellectual Property matters. Andrei is also General Counsel for SeedBlink (the largest equity crowdfunding platform in Eastern Europe).
Łukasz focuses his practice on capital markets, with a strong emphasis on tender offers, acquisitions of significant stakes of shares, delisting and IPOs/SPOs. He also provides corporate advice to companies listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and New Connect on fulfillment of disclosure obligations, communication with shareholders and supervisory authorities, conduct of general meetings and implementation of incentive schemes. He also specializes in capital markets law and financial institutions law, as well as regulatory issues relating to financial institutions, including anti-money laundering and terrorism financing
Michal’s speciality is litigation and clients claims enforcement in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings. During his legal practice, he has mainly dealt with disputes related to unfair competition, unauthorized interference with trademark and design rights, or theft of know-how.
Before founding Invesdor (formerly Finnest), Günther Lindenlaub worked for Raiffeisen Bank International AG for over 20 years and was responsible for the Investment Banking Products division. He holds a master's degree in commerce from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
