Advising the Azora Europa Group with the prolongation of office space lease agreement with the Millennium Bank

Bank Millennium extended the lease agreement of office space exceeding 7 thousand sq. m. located in Harmony Office Center II for the period of next 12 years.

The law firm act BSWW provided legal support to the owner of the office building, the Azora Europa Group, within the entire process of negotiating the lease agreement concluded with Bank Millennium represented by the law firm DPPA Legal. The advisory included both the participation within the negotiation process, preparation of the documentation connected with the transaction as well as legal support during the conclusion of the lease agreement pertaining to the office space of an area of approx. 7 thousand sq. m.
