Santander Consumer Bank has leased over 10,000 m2 of office space in Wrocław Business Garden from Vastint Poland. The premises will serve as the company’s new registered office. act BSWW was assisting the bank at all stageS of the process. The scope of services included participation in negotiations, drafting of documents, and execution of the lease agreement. The size of the lease area make this transaction one of the largest in Wrocław and even nationwide.
