Advising Strabag on real estates purchase

Advising Strabag on real estates purchase, due diligence of real estates and in relation to the investment projects. The issues analyzed in relation to the due diligence process pertained to, inter alia, the survey of real estate purchase grounds, issues regarding reprivatization claims, former German property, 3D ownership right issues, execution of the investment projects on the conservation area and in the neighborhood of the buildings listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and the defectiveness of administrative decisions, including the decisions pertaining to the investment project.
