Refinancing the debt of the company SCO-PAK S.A.
Advising a group of institutional bondholders in the process of refinancing the debt of the company SCO-PAK S.A. on account of bonds of a jointly value of over 70 million Polish zloty. The restructuring of the debt constituted a partial payment of bonds from funds obtained from financing granted by Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. and Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A., as well as from rolling bonds. BSWW advised on the entire process of the issuance of bonds of a new series and the maintenance of a negotiation process held with bank creditors, including in the scope of the “intercreditor” contract.
