Advising the general contractor on motorway projects (companies from the Strabag group) as contractor and consortium leader in a number of motorways projects (including the A2 and A4 motorways). Our advisory encompassed devising the legal structure of the deals and agreements for the contractors, tax aspects of the investment process and dispute proceedings regarding the investment process.
