Advising the proprietor of CH Promenada on all legal aspects of the construction and development of CH Promenada. The first 15 000 m2 of the space opened in 1999 (Phase II of CH Promenada, including a Cinema City multiplex); a further area of 60 000 m2 was opened in April 2005. Our services included negotiating and servicing of the construction works agreement and the contracts for services related to the investment process; we also advised on infrastructure agreements, contractor-selection, negotiations and conclusion and execution of other agreements and the settling of accounts with contractors, including Skanska, the general contractor of Phase III.
