Marlena Witkowska

Marlena focuses her practice corporate law and transaction advisory. She offers guidance for clients’ legal needs related to ongoing business operations. She prepares and reviews a broad array of civil-law contracts.

Marlena has substantial experience in mergers, acquisitions, transformations, establishment and dissolution of partnerships and companies. She has participated in numerous transactions entailing the acquisition of enterprises, their business units and other assets, both at the due diligence stage and during the preparation and negotiation of transactional documentation. She has also consulted on various corporate disputes.

She speaks fluent English and Russian.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She also completed postgraduate studies in Mergers and Acquisitions at the Warsaw School of Economics.
