Diana specialises in debt capital market transactions. During her career she has gained experience in investment financing. She has conducted a considerable number of bonds issues and advised on the establishment of collaterals to secure debt financing. She also provides day-to-day corporate advice to commercial law companies, with a strong emphasis on contract law.
