Servicing the Azora International Group with renegotiation of the lease agreement of office space by BGŻ BNP Paribas

Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas extended the lease agreement of the entire office space in the Avatar building located in Cracow.

act BSWW legal & tax advised to the benefit of the owner of the office building, the Azora International Group within the entire process of renegotiating the lease agreement concluded with bank BGŻ BNP Paribas. The advisory included both the participation within the negotiation process, preparation of the documentation connected with the transaction as well as legal support during the conclusion of the lease agreement pertaining to the office space of an area of 11 thousand sq. m.
