Shell entered into another agreement to lease space in DOT Office, a business concept developed by Buma Group in Kraków. This is one of the largest transactions of its type in the real property market over the past few years.
act BSWW was advising Buma Group at all stages of the negotiation process related to its contract with Shell Poland (covering lease of space in DOT Office in Kraków), starting from the change of the company’s registered office, through all phases of expansion. The scope of services included participation in negotiations of subsequent agreements, preparation of transaction documents, and support related to delivery of the office premises and contract implementation. Michał Wielhorski, attorney-at-law and managing partner, acted as the team leader. He was supported by Alicja Sołtyszewska, legal counsel and partner.

Shell rents office spaces in the business park’s four buildings, making this contract one of the largest signed in Kraków and across Poland over the past several years.
DOT Office is emerging at Czerwone Maki street in Kraków. Its investor is Buma Group – developer and office sector leader. Other tenants include Motorola Solutions Systems, Ericsson and Luxmed.
