Michał has been focusing his practice on real estate law (construction law, spatial planning and development, technical requirements for buildings and their location, property management, environmental protection and nature conservation, property expropriation, historic preservation, public roads-related legislation and waste management), administrative law and civil law for over 10 years.
He has carried out multiple due diligence audits covering properties in more than 30 locations (including Poland’s largest cities), intended for the construction of large retail facilities, retail parks, A-class office buildings, warehousing facilities, logistics centres and residential estates.
He has worked with (among others) YIT Development, Strabag, Adventum Group, Echo Investment, HB Reavis, Unidevelopment, ECC Real Estate, P3 Logistic Parks and Buma Group.
He is fluent in English.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has also completed postgraduate studies in ”Legal and Economic Basis of the Investment Process” at the Warsaw School of Economics.
