The construction group at act BSWW has a notable emphasis on commercial, residential, warehousing and infrastructure matters. Led by Marek Wojnar and Michał Wielhorski, it acts for domestic and international clients across the spectrum of construction from public procurement through to (where necessary) litigation. Specifically, the team handles planning negotiations, architectural services, FIDIC contracts and EPC agreements. In addition, the group advises on performance bonds, environmental protection matters, and zoning and permits. Mateusz Prokopiuk was promoted to the partnership in July 2020.
